Job Description :
Wealth Service for customer service to provide Mutual funds and support various requests for customers and sales representatives with quickly accurately and carry out the wishes of the customer.

• To provide information about the fund and other related information to customers and other agents either by phone or direct channels, monitor the complaints, feedback from various customers, provide investment advice as appropriate service and the level of risk acceptable to the customer, and solve problems.
• To liaise with customers to retain AUM and relationship with existing customers in order to increase sales.
• To prepare routine report of Mutual fund data to agent or customer and also ad-hoc report in order to get information as agent or customer’s request.

 
Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law Bachelor’s degree or higher of Business Administration or another related field
• Investment Consultant License is required
• Have very good communication skills and service mind
• Experience in Asset Management company or Banking is preferred
• Able to communicate well in English
• Able to use computer programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Description :


To implement the overall investment risk management and performance measurement framework, in order to ensure an appropriate and effective process for the identification and management of investment risks within the company. To ensure that the company will provide the accurate and on-time performance report to all client and relevant staff.
• Responsible for providing the accurate and timely report for investment risk and performance measurement.

• Responsible for providing the accurate information and database in the internal system.

• Coordinated department and inter-department work and activities.

• All related tasks which may be assigned.

Requirement :
• Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics, Statistics, MIS, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, banking or asset management business will be advantage

• Ability to communicate in English verbally and written.

• Ability to use advance excel and data analysis would be a plus.

• Dynamic and self-motivated individual.

• Good in communicating, planning and organizing.

• High integrity with positive attitude.
