- Mainly responsible for preparing and reviewing credit analysis/research reports for bond investment, in accordance with

Job Description :
- The key duties of Administration team are registering inbound customer mails and documents, arranging car booking to provide vehicle and driver to get staffs where they need to go, safely and on time with friendly, politely and completely professional manner and support administrative works such as office space managing neat and orderly, solving all office problems, facilitating staffs to work pleasantly.
- Register incoming customer mails and documents into company's system
- Arrange car reservation for staffs and retrieve the oil usage report for checking before payment
- Support to repair and maintain the Company’s assets to use promptly
- Coordinate with property manager in case of various building problems, e.g. the electricity system, the air-conditioning system, the security, mailbox service, maid service, parking lot service etc.
- Manage office facilities neatly and cleanly - Verify the Company’s purchasing and procurement and controlling of assets, stationery, printed forms and other office supplies
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 2-5 years of office’s administration experience will be advantage
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff & management
- Self – motivated, ability to work under pressure
- Have service mind and good attitude for service job
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English

Job Description :
- Develop & maintains Compliance Manual (Investment Management), monitor compliance & report on exception to local and regional management.
- Monitor & report on Prospectus, local regulations etc.
- Oversee establishment of client account, portfolios, etc. Ensure all documentation is signed and lodged with appropriate persons.
- Daily monitor company investment for the fund under management in regard to the investment limitation as specified by the SEC and the fund’s project.
- Report to the SEC and Trustee of the fund in case that investment is over the investment limitation.
- Communicate and disseminate relevant laws, regulations, rules and notifications to employees.
Requirements :
- Master/ Bachelor degree in legal/business
- At least 3-5 years experiences in Compliance (investment management) fromasset/ fund management company.
- Good understanding of SEC regulations
- Exposure to compliance issues and practice.
- Excellent communication & writing skills.
