Job Description :

There are 4 types of fund managed by UOBAMTH which are mutual funds, provident funds, private funds, property funds. All funds need NAV calculated on daily basis and daily operation process. Fund accounting department can be separated into 3 main units which are NAV calculations, settlement, and provident fund registration.

• Prepare NAV of all open-end funds and Property funds is calculated with accuracy and in agreed time frame.
• Maintain security features and corporate actions information
• Prepare information for semi& annual reports of open-end funds.
• Prepare monthly derivative information and foreign investment information for all mutual funds, funds to BOT
• Prepare monthly report of security details and portfolio information for mutual funds to SEC.
• Prepare and review financial statement of both mutual funds and Property funds.
• Coordinate with fund’s auditor in order to audit and present financial statement in audit’s version.

Requirements :

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in accounting field
• 3-5 years’ experience in Asset Management company
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy; Ms. Office (Excel, Word)

Assistant Fund Manager, Fixed Income Department, Investment Division

Job Description :

- Mainly responsible for preparing and reviewing credit analysis/research reports for bond investment, in accordance with

credit process guideline

- Preparing ESG reports in relevant credits

- Performing the presentations regarding credit analysis and relevant issues

- Co-ordinating with other departments and regional offices regarding works in responsibility

- Performing other credit-related tasks or reports as per requested



Requirements ;

- Master Degree in Bankings, Finance, Economics or related majors

- Possess good financial & capital market knowledge, financial & economic analysis skills

- Very good command of English skills

- Computer skill: Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Bloomberg

Position :

Title : Manager, Compliance (Investment Management)

Department : Legal & Compliance

The Legal & Compliance department shall be responsible and make sure that company carries on its
business endeavors in line with local laws, rules and regulations as well as other policies and minimum
standards issued by UOB Group.


Job Description :

• Develop & maintains Compliance Manual (Investment Management), monitor compliance & report on exception to local and regional management.
• Monitor & report on Prospectus, local regulations etc.
• Oversee establishment of client account, portfolios, etc. Ensure all documentation is signed and lodged with appropriate persons.
• Daily monitor company investment for the fund under management in regard to the investment limitation as specified by the SEC and the fund’s project.
• Report to the SEC and Trustee of the fund in case that investment is over the investment limitation.
• Communicate and disseminate relevant laws, regulations, rules and notifications to employees.

Requirements :

• Master/ Bachelor degree in legal/business
• At least 3-5 years experiences in Compliance (investment management) fromasset/ fund management company.
• Good understanding of SEC regulations
• Exposure to compliance issues and practice.
• Excellent communication & writing skills.
