Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for developing and looking after the digital platform to gain and enhance the customer experience and leverage the regional capabilities.

Job Description :
  • Leading a high-functioning team, committed to service outcomes
  • Managing vendor contract management, engagement and co-ordination
  • Providing technical co-ordination for all projects and enhancements on the Digital Platforms
  • Working with internal and external providers to develop and implement solutions on time, within budget to exceptional quality that meet security, architecture and integration standards
  • Ensuring operational service levels are achieved
  • Managing Platform budget and spending
  • Strong people management skills required
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
  • Superb communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage concurrent and time sensitive projects
  • Ability to listen well, contribute to creative business discussions, influence the thinking of or gain acceptance from senior executive

Requirements :
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Marketing field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial digital Platform position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Digital Partner Sales

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for driving the development of a robust digital partner ecosystemthat leverages the company technology to deliver value to the digital partners. The focus is to drive revenue and create a tightly integrated ecosystem to ensure customer acquisition and retention.

Job Description :
  • Manage relationships with business partner to build the business and manage new solutions to create stronger partnerships.
  • Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
  • Liaise with digital partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Develop and manage strategic plans and key executive relationships, including growth opportunities, action planning, day-to-day relationships and business growth forecasting.
  • Grow digital partner’s activation levels through co-marketing and public relation opportunities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and solution, develop work plans, lead analyses, and develop and communicate the final recommendation.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or digital marketing position.
  • IC License required.
  • Previous experience as a Public Speaker.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
