Job Description :
- Develop & maintains Compliance Manual (Investment Management), monitor compliance & report on exception to local and regional management.
- Monitor & report on Prospectus, local regulations etc.
- Oversee establishment of client account, portfolios, etc. Ensure all documentation is signed and lodged with appropriate persons.
- Daily monitor company investment for the fund under management in regard to the investment limitation as specified by the SEC and the fund’s project.
- Report to the SEC and Trustee of the fund in case that investment is over the investment limitation.
- Communicate and disseminate relevant laws, regulations, rules and notifications to employees.
- Master/ Bachelor degree in legal/business
- At least 3-5 years experiences in Compliance (investment management) from Asset / Fund management company.
- Good understanding of SEC regulations
- Exposure to compliance issues and practice.
- Excellent communication & writing skills

Job Description :
Seeking a digital channel business manager to focusing on digital initiative project to acquire new client and engage existing customer via online channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial literacy and product trainings for clients
- Prepare digital marketing for existing UOBAM Invest and find the tools to acquire new customer and engage the existing customer
- Improve the customer journey for online experience by applying the technology to the existing procedure
- Lead the customer onboarding to digital platform
- To manage Market New, Product Updates and Campaign on digital platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or digital marketing position.
- IC License required.
- Previous experience as a Public Speaker.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
