Open Account
Investor can establish an account by downloading the fund account opening form. (Click Link) Fill out the form and submit directly to UOBAM or through selling agents the required documents for opening the account. However, investor should study the fund prospectus carefully which can be obtained from UOBAM or selling agents.
Individual
- Fund Account Opening Form
- Other required documents
- Identification card / Alien Certificate / Passport and copy of I.D.Card / Alien Certificate / Passport
- Copy of household registration certificate stated the number and address of Alien Certificate (In case using Alien Certificate)
- Work Permit or VISA for non-Thai citizen (must be valid for more than 3 months)
- Copy of passbook that shows account name and account number (The account name must be identical to unitholder name)
Remark
- All documents stated above must be signed as certified true copy.
Juristic Person
- Fund Account Opening Form
- Other required documents
- Copy of Commercial Registration / Commercial of Incorporation (issued within 3 months)
- List of Shareholders
- Minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting approving the Company to open an account or process the transaction with the Asset Management
- Power of attorney (If any)
- Copy of I.D.card / Alien Certificate / Passport of the following persons
- Shareholders having more than 25% stake in the Company
- Managing Director and Authorized person to proceed the transaction with the Asset Management The Asset Management reserves rights to proceed the transaction with only Managing Director and Authorized person as stated and completely submitted the documents required.
- Copy of VAT registration
- Copy of Memorandum of Association
- Copy of Tax I.D. card
- Copy of passbook that shows account name and account number (The account name must be identical to unitholder name)
- Others (Please contact selling agents)
