Investment Policy

The Fund will accept the transfer of ownership and/or leasehold rights and derive benefits from the immovable properties, including improving, changing, developing and/or disposing of various properties invested or acquired by the Fund, whether by the granting of a lease and/or sale and/or by other means relevant and necessary to make use of immovable properties in return for income and yields for the Fund and the unitholders.
