Hereby consent and authorize the bank to deduct my/our deposit from the account stated hereof to pay any debt and/or any obligations to UOB Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (“the Company”) at the amount stipulated on the invoice or on any electronic invoice which the bank receives from the Company and to transfer such payment to the account of the Company.

For the account deduction to pay the debt and/or the obligations to the Company as aforesaid, if it appears later that the amount of payment informed by the Company is incorrect and the bank has already deducted such amount from the account at the amount stipulated on the invoice or on any electronic invoice, I/We hereby agree to claim such amount from the Company directly and agree to waive all claims by not taking any legal actions against to the bank to repay the deducted payment at the amount stipulated on the invoice or on any electronic invoice received from the Company. I/We also accept that the bank shall deduct the money from the Account only under the condition that there is enough balance in the Account at that time and do not need to be informed by the Bank of any deduction because such deduction shall be seen and appeared on the passbook and/or bank statement and/or payment evidence and/or receipt of the Company.

In case where the mentioned documents and account number stated herein the first paragraph is changed due to any reason whatsoever, I/We agree that this consent and authorization of the account deduction shall fully retain its validity over the changed account number.

This request for deducting money from the Account as stated above shall come into effect immediately on the execution date and shall remain valid until it is revoked by giving 30 days written notice to the bank and the Company.
