Investment Policy
• Invest in Invesco Global Founders & Owners Fund Class C-Acc (USD) on average in the fiscal year not less than 80 percent of NAV.
• The master fund is established and managed by Invesco Management S.A.
• The master fund’s core investment policy focuses on global equities of companies whose executive teams or boards include founders and/or individuals who hold a significant ownership stake in the company.
• In cases where the fund invests in instruments denominated in currencies other than the US dollar, the fund will enter into forward contracts to fully hedge against foreign exchange risk.
• Aim for operating results to move in line with the master fund. The master fund uses an active fund management strategy.
