• The fund focuses on investing in units of a single foreign mutual fund, the Invesco International BuyBack Achievers™ ETF (“the main fund”), averaging no less than 80% of its NAV over the accounting year. The main fund aims to generate returns that mirror the performance (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ International BuyBack Achievers™ Index (“the benchmark”).
• The main fund is established and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC.
• The Thai fund aims for its performance to track the main fund, while the main fund aims for its performance to track the benchmark (passive management).
